We've got a new Rocket Scientist! Ralph "JR" Gunderson has joined RSG as Industrial Designer, and will be in charge of the interface design, usability, and overall user experience of our client projects, plus the branding and UI of our internal products such as MailChimp, Bugzy, and Punchy. Wow, response to the new MailChimp has been unbelievable. We've received tons of compliments. Plus, free trials have doubled, conversions from free trials is about 10 times faster, and revenue is up 20%. On to the next point release!
