Just finished helping Worldspan re-brand and re-design the user interface for their browser-based, corporate travel booking tool Trip Manager XE. The project involved designing new look and feel standards, user interface standards, and developing private-label guidelines. Lots of screens, working prototypes, and oh-my-God-lots of airline and hotel logos. Super fun working with their development team. Here are some interesting facts--
- It has been around for years, helping large companies like Federated Department stores (Macy's, Bloomingdales), Ariba, PNC Financial Services Group, Lazard, Home Depot, and the US Government
- Its ease-of-use makes booking company flights simple, and helps users to find better deals.
- Some companies save as much as $80 per ticket
